1. Is Spic n Span present in my city?
Currently are operational only in Hyderabad, We strongly believe that one should focus on quality of service and one of our prime objectives is to ensure customer delight. 2. Do we engage service partners?
We are profoundly different, we don’t engage service partners. We hire executives across our areas of operations, certify their skill sets, conduct a background check and train them on soft skills before onboarding them. By doing this we are fully committed to the service we provide. We have enough and more executives to cater to your requirements at the place and time desired by you.
3. Is spic n span accountable for job quality?
Yes, we do not have service partners and we hire executives, we are 100% accountable for the job undertaken. However, in case of anything going wrong, we are committed to either re-do it or refund your money.
4. Does someone have to be at home while the work is getting done?
We strongly recommend YES, as our experience tells us that executive's on-site queries / clarifications are best handled if the you are around.
6. What if job takes more than the estimated time quoted by Spic N Span?
Normally, it doesn't happen as our executives are trained enough to provide near accurate required time. In case it takes more time to perform the job, we respect the requirement and complete the job. Our main aim is to provide quality of service and we are able to do this since we hire executives on our payroll and not outsource the job. We also ensure enough time gaps is maintained to avoid such situations.
7. What if I have to reschedule or cancel the job booked on Spic n Span?
We do understand that last minute changes may, at times, necessitate a reschedule or cancellation of job. However, you would also understand that once you have confirmed a job, the executives are already assigned to the job and hence liable for a loss of income opportunity. You can cancel or amend a booking on the Website, free of charge, up to forty-eight (48) hours before the Scheduled Booking Time. If you cancel a booking within forty-eight (48) to twenty-four (24) hours before the Scheduled Booking Time, you will have to pay a cancellation penalty equivalent 15% of the booked amount. Post that, you can only reschedule or pay 50% of the charges to make up for the loss that the executive would have to bear due to last minute cancellation. Reschedule and cancellation requests can be made through "my Account Page" through a single click within permitted time limits.
8. Does Spic N Span bring their own supplies / will I have to arrange for it?
Since we do not contract work like other similar service providers, Spic n Span provides all the supplies. However, consumables such as bulb, ladder, and spare parts have to be made available at your end or bought on actuals before work starts.
9. How do I share feedback?
Your feedback is not only important but also very valuable, since it covers every aspect of the service provided. You can share feedback instantaneously with the link provided through the Invoice. This will help us improve our standards and also provide you with better and efficient services.
Not only that, if you think any of your friends would benefit from our services, you can share our details with them through a click of button on "My Account page" and you will be eligible for discounts with each reference.
11. How do I report an issue?
It's simple and very easy. All you have to do is write an email to service@spicnspan.co.in.
13. How are customized job / Inspections handled?
Customized job requests necessitate an on-site inspection. Once the inspection is done, the quotation is sent for your approval and we start the job once we get your consent with a 50% advance amount realization.
